With reference to the EU Regulation 2016/679, Motorstyle Srl, VAT number: 02019030465 with headquarters in - Viareggio, via Tramontana, 22, intends to carry out the processing of your personal data, exclusively for the provision of the services requested.
Under this regulation, we are required to notify you as follows:
The data that we make available to us are processed by us in the context of normal activities and in particular for the execution of legal obligations (eg administrative, tax, accounting, etc.), as well as for the finalization and execution of services required.
As regards the methods of data processing, we specify that your data will be entered in a special registry file, both on paper and computer, and kept for a maximum period of 10 years. Subject to the application of adequate security measures for the data protection and confidentiality, pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Code, the processing of your personal data will be carried out by means of special data processing and archiving programs.

The refusal to provide data considered by us to be fundamental (such as name, surname, company name, registered office, operating office, any secondary offices, share capital, telephone numbers, fax numbers, legal representative, tax code and VAT number, corporate purpose, bank references, etc.) may make it impossible to establish or continue contractual relationships.
Your personal data will be processed by the following categories of people:
- management of Motorstyle S.r.l, as data processors and data processors;
- employees of the operational headquarters, as persons in charge of processing;
- staff at the reception, administration and all the staff of Motorstyle S.r.l. as data processors.
The data will never be disseminated, except with explicit consent from you.
Finally, in relation to all the foregoing, we draw your attention to the rights you are entitled to under Article 7 of the Personal Data Protection Code, to which we refer and among which we mention the right to obtain, by of our activity:
